If it is done deliberately then they should face trial for crime against humanity. Expert said that 20,000 Haitian could die every day if medical supplies and other relevant materials failed to reach their intended targets. Why they prevented other countries from delivering their medical supplies and foods etc...? Why during a natural disaster military are displaying so many machine guns to intimidate the people instead of providing help.
